Global expertise in engineered mechanical seals – A unique & compelling proposition

Nash training workshops warmly received by Pfaudler

Our latest mechanical seal familiarisation and fundamentals training workshops have gone down a storm with service partner, Pfaudler.

Designed to ensure Pfaudler engineers have a better overall understanding of mechanical seal failure and techniques to trouble shoot seal failure, groups of 3-4 attended sessions at our global training facility in Bolton.

Pfaudler’s national team of service engineers are required to assess, monitor and maintain installed product across 80% of the UK’s glass lined reactors. NASH is the retained, approved and exclusive aftermarket mechanical seal specialist for Pfaudler and we routinely service 100 cartridges a year.

In immersive sessions that were run across February – April, Pfaudler engineers were encouraged to learn more about diagnosing problems onsite and adding more insight and analysis to their own asset management programme.

“As a supply chain partner, it’s critical we do all we can to maintain the integrity of our specialist products in their operating environment” says Matthew Corker, Technical Director at NASH.

“Providing this free value added service to an important partner like Pfaudler means, ultimately, that our shared customers see an improved performance in their seal based assets – with any problems quickly and confidently managed”.

We provide regular seal fundamentals training in Bolton, on customer’s premises and onsite in key application hotspots around Europe. Get in touch to find out more.
