Working with our partner Kaydon Ring & Seal NASH provides comprehensive and responsive turbomachinery mechanical seal services throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for centrifugal and oil-free screw process gas compressors found in refineries, petrochemical plants, gas treatment and transmission facilities, oil & gas production sites and more.

These services include the:

  • Repair and dynamic testing of all brands of Dry Gas Seal (DGS), including Kaydon K-DGS, John Crane T28AT & T28XP, Flowserve Gaspac series and EagleBurgmann DGS – CASE STUDY
  • Repair and testing of separation seals – CASE STUDY
  • Repair and testing of oil buffered seals – CASE STUDY
  • Retrofit of unreliable or underperforming oil buffered seals with improved factory tested cartridge designs – CASE STUDY
  • Retrofit of oil seals on low pressure (<7bar) compressors with high-performance, gas buffered carbon ring seals – CASE STUDY
  • Retrofit of high-pressure compressors with DGS – CASE STUDY
